Il ristorante Gambero Rosso è una meta gastronomica riconosciuta da tutti. Il patron Renato Selis (trascorsi professionali nei vari Grandhotel della Costa Smeralda e creatore col fratello di un'altro notissimo ristorante in Costa) ha voluto questo ristorante non come il solito ristorante di albergo ma come un luogo dove mangiar bene alla sarda e dove fosse simpatico tornare. E se uno torna vuol dire che si mangia veramente bene.
Il menu propone piatti della tradizione sarda fatti con ingredienti scelti personalmente da Renato Selis. Cucina tradizionale sarda vuol dire antipasti con insaccati regionali e formaggi locali, primi piatti come culurgionis e malloreddus, secondi di pesce o di carne rigorosamente locali, verdura e frutta di stagione e, non ultimi, vini e dolci tipici sardi.
